½ c olive oil
⅓ c soy sauce
⅓ c lemon juice
¼ c Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp dried basil
1 ½ Tbsp garlic powder
1 ½ Tbsp dried parsley flakes
1 tsp ground white pepper
1 tsp dried minced garlic
¼ tsp hot pepper sauce (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1) In a blender, place all ingredients.
2) Blend on high speed until thoroughly combined, about 30 seconds.
3) Marinate steak for between 2 hours and overnight.

Marinate can be refrigerated for up to 5 days.
Do not use marinate again.
To use again, boil and reduce by half; now it is safe to be used as a steak dipping sauce.
