1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 T fresh lemon juice
1 T Honey
1 t Dijon mustard
1 t Dried Oregano
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 t salt
1/4 t course ground pepper

mix all together and store in jar with tight fitting lid so you can shake well.
