1 ⅔ cups evaporated milk
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
¼ teaspoon salt
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 ½ cups chocolate chips
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
¼ cup crushed peppermint extract

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together the sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat.

2. Bring the mixture to a boil. Stir constantly for 5 minutes.

3. Remove from heat and stir in the marshmallow, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract. Continue stirring until the marshmallows are completely melted.

4. Pour the mixture into a foil-lined 8-inch square baking pan and allow it to cool for several minutes.

5. Sprinkle the crushed peppermint onto the top and press the candy into the fudge lightly so the red and white still shows. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

6. Cut into squares.
