⅔ cup Carnation evaporated milk (undiluted)
1 ⅔ cups sugar
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 ½ cup chocolate chips
½ cup chopped pecans (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 8" or 9" square pan. Combine evaporated milk and sugar in a saucepan. Heat to boiling. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows, chocolate, vanilla, and nuts. Pour mixture into prepared pan. May garnish with pecan halves. Cool and cut into squares.

Note: any flavor of baking bits maybe substituted for the semi-sweet chocolate bits. You can use peanut butter, butterscotch, cherry, vanilla, white chocolate, mint, mint chocolate, cinnamon, and milk chocolate. Super easy way to enjoy fudge any time of the year!
