Pre heat oven to 325º

1/2 pound butter ~ 2 sticks

2 egg yolks

1 cup sugar

1 cup chopped nuts

1 cup jam apricot

Directions:
Directions:

Cream butter, sugar until fluffy.

Add egg yolks then add flour and nuts.

Roll 1/2 dough to fit 9 X 9 pan.

Spread jam and top with remaining dough.

Bake until lightly brown.

Bake 30 to 40 minutes until lightly brown.
