1 c. sugar
1/2 c shortening
1/2 c milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 or 3 ripe bananas
2-2 1/2 c. flour
nuts - optional

Directions:

Blend all the ingredients. Pour into a greased bread pan. Bake 60 - 70 minutes or until toothpick is clean.
