1 2/3 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

1 TSP. BAKING SODA

¼ TSP CINNAMON I PUT A LOT MORE ADD TO YOUR TASTE

½ TSP SALT

½ CUP SUGAR PLUS 2 TBSP

½ CUP BRN SUGAR PLUS 2 TBSP

2 EGGS

3 ½ CUPS VERY RIPE BANANAS SMASHED

½ CUP SOUR CREME

1 TSP, VANILLA EXTRACT

2/3 CUP WALNUTS, TOASTED AND CHOPPED (IF DESIRED)

1. Sift together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.

2. Beat sugar and eggs with a whisk until light and fluffy, about 10 minutes. Drizzle in
oil. Add mashed bananas, sour cream, and vanilla.

3. Fold in dry ingredients and nuts. Pour into lined loaf pans or greased pans

4. Bake for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
