28 oz. can baked beans
2 tbsp. minced onions
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 strips bacon, crisp

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º

Mix all ingredients, except bacon, in a 1½ quart casserole. Crumble bacon and sprinkle over beans. Bake 45 minutes.

Variation: Omit bacon and substitute 6 sliced hot dogs or 4 ½ inch thick slices of canned ham.

I use Bush's Onion Baked Beans and measure the chopped onion with my heart. Also, I still put bacon on top when I mix the hot dogs (I brown the hot dog slices in a frying pan before adding) in.
