Freahly grated Reggianno Parmesan Cheese

Herbs of choice, finely minced (optional)

Line Sheet pan with Silpat

Using a 3'dimameter muffin round (or free hand) spread parmesan chese inside round in very thin layer. (Sprinkle a few fresh herbs if you like.) Ok if there are 'holes". Do as many tuilles as will fit pan

Bake 350' for 5 minutes or until golden

Loosen edges and cool .

Great with cocktails as is, or to top a salad, vegetables, etc.
