1/2 C vegetable oil
2-3 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
2-3Tbs fresh lemon juice

Peel garlic and put in processor w/double blade knife. Let spin, then add remaining ingredients and process til smooth. Serve with onion wedges and Syrian bread or crackers
