I jar of garbaonzo beans, drained
1 pacakge of grape tomatoes
1 bunch of basil, cleaned and trimmed
2 cloves garlic
1 T. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and Drain Garbonzo beans.

In a skillet heat olive oil and crushed garlic, until garlic is light
brown. Add basil and pan fry until basil is crinkly.

Combine fresh tomatoes, garbonzo beans and fried basil
leaves, and set in refrigerator for about 1 hour- salad is to be
served cold.
