2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
¾ cup milk

Honey Butter:
Melt one stick butter, add 1/2 cup pure raw honey and mix until combined.

Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray and preheat the oven to 350ºIn a bowl, mix sour cream and eggs. All milk and butter, mix again. Add boxes of cornbread mix and stir in well - OK for a few small lumps. Pour into pan and bake on the middle rack for 25-35 minutes. It's down when slightly brown on top and springs back. Don't overbake.

Let cool on counter a little while you make the honey butter. Pour the mixture over the cornbread and tilt the pan around a little to distribute the mixture. Allow to cool to slightly warm and absorb the liquid. Cut and enjoy!!
