1 medium sized pan cornbread
4 slices toasted bread, crumbled
1 stalk celery, chopped
3 large onions, chopped
6 eggs
1⁄4 cup butter
Salt
Pepper
Sage
Chicken broth/stock

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cornbread and crumbled toast with stock.
Be sure to use enough stock so that it will not be stiff. (1-2 cups).
Add eggs and remaining ingredients.(spices to taste).
Bake slowly for one hour.(350°F).
