2 pounds chicken breasts cut into tenders
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
salt and pepper, to taste
canola oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine the chicken tenders and buttermilk. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour or up to overnight. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper.

Heat about 1 inch canola oil in a heavy skillet and heat until oil reaches 375 degrees.
Remove the chicken tenders from the buttermilk, allowing any excess to drip off and coat in the flour mixture.

Place the chicken in the hot oil and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from oil and drain on a paper towel lined plate
