1 lb. bag shredded cabbage
1 bunch green onions – sliced
¼ c. apple juice
¼ c. apple cider vinegar
3 T. olive oil
¼ c. sugar
1 package Ramen noodles (do not cook!)
¼ cup sunflower kernels

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cabbage and onions in large bowl, set aside. In small bowl, combine apple juice, vinegar, sugar and oil. Pour over vegetables and toss. Refrigerate and just prior to serving, toss in sunflower seeds and broken Ramen noodles.
