Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
200g egg noodles
All vegetables cut into strips:
cabbage, peppers (whatever color on hand), red or white onion.
green onion for garnish

Sauce:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
black pepper to taste

1 chicken breast cut into strips or strips of beef

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles, drain and set in cold water. prepare the sauce. Stir fry the chicken or beef, if using. cook vegetable starting with carrots and cabbage. Add onions and then peppers. Do not overcook the vegetables. Add the noodles and stir to combine the vegetables. Add the sauce and toss. Add the meat and toss.
