* 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (low-moisture works best)

* ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

* 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

**Instructions**

* Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

* In a small bowl, mix the mozzarella, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning together.

* Drop spoonfuls of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading them out into thin circles (about 2-3 inches wide). Don't overcrowd the pan.

* Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are bubbly.

* Carefully lift the pizza chips off the parchment paper and let them cool slightly on a wire rack. They will crisp up as they cool.
