16 oz frozen yams (half of a pack, should be 10 yam circles)
half a stick of butter
cinnamon
brown sugar
nutmeg
water
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Zap yams in microwave for 2 minutes to thaw. Spray rectangle shaped Pyrex, casserole dish with no stick spray. Add yams to dish. Cover bottom of pan with water (about 4 oz). Put a slice of butter on each yam, sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Bake for 35 minutes.
