1/2 C salad oil
2 T Cider vinegar
2 T Sugar
1 T chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
1 T +1 t sugar
1/4 C slivered almonds
6 C torn romaine and iceburg lettuce (Combined)
1 can mandarine oranges chilled
2 stalks sliced celery
2 green onions sliced

Directions:
Directions:
For dressing mix vinegar and 2 T sugar, stir in oil, salt and pepper and parsley. Pour remaining sugar in hot non-stick frypan until melted and golden. Remove from heat and immedietly add almonds and stir coating almonds with syrup. Put nuts on waxed paper until cool. Mix together greens, celery and onions. Toss with dressing. Gently add almonds and oranges.
