1 1/2 cups cornmeal
1/2 cup gluten free flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 large egg
1 1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup butter melted
1/2 cup uncooked bacon crumbles
1/2 cup shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl, set aside.
Beat egg, set aside.
Melt butter in moving pitcher, add milk stir in beaten egg.
Fold wet mixture into dry ingredients, fold in shredded cheese.
Preheat oven to 400º
In 10 inch cast iron skillet brown bacon. Remove cooked bacon, pour cornbread batter into hot skillet, sprinkle with cooked bacon. Bake in hot oven for 20 minutes.
