→ Crispy Cups
• 12 wonton wrappers
Shrimp Filling
• 8 ounces cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• Salt, to taste
• Black pepper, to taste
Creamy Cheese Mix
• 4 tbsp half-and-half
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella
→ Melty Finish
• ½ cup shredded mozzarella
• Paprika or chili flakes
Finish
• Fresh parsley, chopped

Make the crispy cups
Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
1 Press wonton wrappers into a muffin tin and bake 8-10 minutes until lightly golden and crisp.
2 Warm the shrimp
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook 20-30 seconds, then stir in shrimp with salt and pepper
Warm 1-2 minutes.
3 Prepare the creamy filling
Chop shrimp into small pieces and mix with half-and-half and 1 cup
mozzarella until creamy
4 Fill the cups
Spoon the shrimp mixture into the crispy wonton cups.
5 Add the melty topping
Sprinkle ½ cup mozzarella over the tops and bake 3-4 minutes until bubbly and melted.
6 Finish
Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm.
