Ingredients:  
1 large can Bruce's Yams (drained) or 6 medium cooked sweet potatoes
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 beaten eggs
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 T flour
2 T melted butter

Optional: mini marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix/mash the sweet potatoes with white sugar, milk, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and eggs.
Spoon into a lightly greased 2 qt casserole.

In another bowl, combine the brown sugar, flour, and 2 T butter. Sprinkle over the top of the sweet potato mixture.

Baked at 350 for 30 minutes.

Optional: After cooking for 30 minutes cover with marshmallows and return to oven until they are melted/golden.
