1+1/4 cups all pupose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup (3/4 stick) Butter, softened
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1+1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 large egg
2 TB milk
1+3/4 cup morsels
1 cup quick or old fashioned oats
1/2 cup raisins (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven 375º
In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon & salt
In large mixing bowl, beat butter, sugars,& vanilla until creamy.
Add egg
Beat in flour mixture& milk gradually
Stir in morsels, oats, & raisins
Drop onto ungreased cookie sheets, rounded TB of dough
Bake for 10 to 14 minutes until edges are crisp but centers are still soft.
Cool on wire racks for atleast 2 minutes.
Makes aprox 3 dozen cookies
