2 packages frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayo
¾ cup chopped roasted peanuts
2 eggs - well beaten
1 medium onion - chopped
2½ tbsp butter
1 cup cracker crumbs
1 cup grated cheese (sharp)

Directions:
Directions:
1. cook broccoli and drain
2. add soup, mayo, chopped nuts and mix well
3. add eggs and onions - mix well
4. melt butter and pour over bread crumbs
5. pour broccoli mixture into greased 1½ or 2 quart casserole dish
6. sprinkle with the cheese and bread crumb mix
7. Bake at 350º for 3o minutes
