3 cups turnip (cooked)
1 - tin of 10ozapple sauce
2 tbsp butter
2 eggs
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp baking powder (or ¼ baking soda, or ½ cream of tartar)
salt and pepper

bake in 1½ qt casserole at 350º for 1 hour.
