2 cups broccoli florets & stems
2 cups cauliflower
2 eggs
½ cup mayo
1 onion - chopped
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 cup cheddar cheese - grated
½ cup melted butter
½ box crushed seasoned croutons

Directions:
Directions:
1. cook veggies separately for 5 minutes
2. put into a buttered 11x7 casserole
3. Beat eggs with mayo, onion, mushroom soup and half of the grated cheese
4. pour evenly over veggies and sprinkle remaining cheese
5. pour melted butter over top of casserole
6. Spread croutons

7. Bake for 40 minutes at 350º
