- 1 15oz can coconut milk
- 1 can of water (use the coconut can)
- 2 cup jasmine rice
- 1 Tbsp kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp lemongrass paste (optional)

- Bring the coconut milk and water to a boil, add salt and lemon grass
- Add rice, cover and reduce heat to low and cook until all water is absorbed (15-20 min)
