Soften 1 pkg. Yeast in 1/4 c warm water.
combine in large bowl
1/2 c potato flakes
1/4 c butter
1 T sugar
1/8 t cayenne pepper
3/4 c boiling water-- cool by adding
3/4 c can milk

Directions:
Directions:
Blend in: 1 c shredded cheese, 1 unbeaten egg.
add 3-31/2 c flour to form soft dough. beat well cover. Let rise in warm place 1-1 1/2 hours. Beat down dough. Fill 24 muffin cups half full. Let rise in warm place 45-60 minutes.

Combine 1/4 c melted butter and 1/2 c shredded cheese and spoon over rolls.

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375º. Serve Warm
