3 bay leaves
28 oz diced tomatoes
28 oz crushed tomatoes
2 yellow onions chopped
3 ribs celery chopped
1 green bell pepper chopped
3 T butter
1.5 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
hot sauce to taste
salt and pepper to taste
3 T Worchestershire sauce

Directions:
Saute veggies until soft and translucent- add tomatoes, salt and pepper, Worchestershire, hot sauce and bay leaves. Add the shrimp and simmer for a few minutes (approximately 4 minutes). Do not overcook shrimp! Serve over rice.
