Ingredients:
• 16 ounces mini pretzel twists

• * 1 cup light brown sugar, packed

• * 1/2 cup salted butter, sliced into pats

• * 5 tablespoons light corn syrup

And here’s how to make this magic happen:

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This is important for easy cleanup!

2. In a medium saucepan, combine the brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup.

3. Heat this mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the butter is melted and the sugar is dissolved.

4. Once it starts to bubble, let it boil gently for about 3-5 minutes, stirring often. You want it to thicken slightly.

5. Carefully pour this glorious toffee mixture over the pretzels on your baking sheet.

6. Use a spatula to gently spread the toffee around, making sure all the pretzels are coated. Don't overmix, just get everything covered!

7. Let these cool completely until the toffee hardens. This is the hardest part – waiting!

8. Once cooled and hardened, break them apart into clusters or individual pretzels.
