1 Ib sea scallops, cleaned and patted very dry
* 4 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
* 3 garlic cloves, minced
* 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
* 14 cup orated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
* 1/2 tsp paprika
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/4 tsp black pepper
*1 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a baking dish.
Pat the scallops completely dry. Arrange the scallops in a single layer in the dish.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Spoon the garlic butter mixture evenly over the scallops, coating each scallop
Bake the scallops for 15 to 18 minutes until the scallops are opaque and the topping is golden brown.
For extra color, broil the scallops 1 to 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve the scallops immediately while hot and tender.
