1 c evaporated milk
1 c hot water
2 c more of less of flour - sifted
1 T baking powder - sifted
1 t salt - sifted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first two ingredients. Add sift ingredients slowly to liquids and beating well after each addition. Use a heavy skillet for frying with hot oil. Put dough in pastry bag (zip-lock bag with cut in the corner). When oil is hot squeeze dough in continuous circle and fry golden brown on both sides. Remove from pan. Sprinkle with sugar or cinnamon.
