8 oz. (2 cups) macaroni, uncooked
2 TB. powdered milk
2 TB. flour
1 TB. butter, melted
1 1/4 cups boiling water
3 cups (12 oz) shredded American cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni and drain. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix dry milk, flour, and butter. Gradually add boiling water, beating constantly.

Add 1 1/2 cups of the cheese and continue beating until smooth and creamy.

Stir in macaroni, 1 cup of remaining cheese, and the salt.

Transfer to a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish. Cover with foil

Bake 25 minutes.

Remove foil. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Continue baking a couple of minutes or until cheese melts.
