* 1 sheet refrigerated pizza dough (or crescent roll dough)
* 1˝cups shredded mozzarella cheese
* ˝ cup ricotta or cream cheese (optional for extra creaminess)
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp Italian seasoning
* 2 tbsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
1 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2 Roll out the dough and cut into squares.
3 Place shredded cheese (and ricotta if using) in the center of each square.
4 Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the filling.
5 Fold the dough over to form sealed pockets. Press edges firmly with a
fork
6 Brush tops with melted butter.
7 Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
