Ingredients:  
1. Medium chopped onion
½. Chopped green bell pepper
½. Chopped celery
1. tsp minced garlic
3. tbsp minced garlic
3. tbsp olive oil
3. tbsp flour
1. 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
½. Cup chicken broth
1. tsp cajun seasoning
½. tsp salt
¼. course ground red pepper
2. Bay leaves
1. lb peeled, medium size shrimp
3. Cups cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute first 4 ingredients in hot oil in large skillet over medium heat 5 minutes or until onions are tender
Gradually stir in flour until smooth
Stir in tomatoes and next 5 ingredients
Cover, reduce heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes
Stir in shrimp and cook 5 more minutes
Serve over hot cooked rice

Can substitute chicken with shrimp
