Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2-4 thick bone-in pork chops (I used 2 chops about 1 inch thick)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
cornstarch slurry (optional - I didn't need it)

Directions:
Directions:
Let chops sit uncovered at room temperature for 1/2 hour, pat dry with paper towels

Preheat oven to 350 °F

Stir together soy sauce, Worcestershire, garlic, ketchup and brown sugar

Place the pork chops in a baking pan and pour the sauce over the chops

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 °F

If the sauce is watery, pour the sauce into a small saucepan and place over medium-high heat. Prepare the cornstarch slurry and whisk into the sauce to thicken.

Personal Notes:
OMG this sauce was delicious, super easy, and quick in the oven. I thought the sauce was perfect, and Dad liked it but said it needed more sugar :-) Next time I may boil it down and/or add some cornstarch slurry just to make it more syrupy. This would also be amazing on chicken!
