- 42 Club Crackers
- 1 cup Butter (2 sticks)
- 1 cup Sugar (granulated)
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Line a cookie sheet with foil and place the Club Crackers in a single layer over the foil.
3. In a medium saucepan, melt 1 cup of butter over medium heat.
4. Add 1 cup of sugar to the melted butter and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
5. Once boiling, continue cooking for 2 minutes while stirring.
6. Remove the saucepan from heat and carefully stir in 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
- Pour the hot mixture evenly over the crackers on the cookie sheet.

8. Sprinkle 11/2 cups of chopped pecans over the toffee mixture.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the mixture is lightly browned.
10. Allow to cool completely, then break apart the individual crackers.

- For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of sea salt over the top before baking.
- Store in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
- Feel free to substitute pecans with other nuts like walnuts or almonds for a different
