Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (85/15 or 90/10)
1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups beef broth (low-sodium recommended)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Drain any excess grease.
Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Sprinkle the flour over the beef and stir to coat evenly. Cook for 1–2 minutes to remove the raw flour taste.
Slowly pour in the beef broth while stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Add the Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the gravy thickens.
Stir in the butter until melted and smooth.
Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, egg noodles, or toast. Garnish with parsley if desired.
