2 tablespoons firmly packed light brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons Pi-YAH seasoning or Tony’s
1/2 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 baby back rib
Barbecue sauce

Directions:
Thoroughly mix together the light brown sugar seasoning and paprika in a small bowl

There is a thin layer of membrane on the bottom side of the ribs. You want to start at one end of this and gently peel it off. This is optional.

Sprinkle both sides of the ribs with the sugar mixture. Gently pat down the seasoning. Place the ribs on a large baking sheet covered with foil. Cover with another piece of foil. Close tight all the way around. Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Bake for 4 hours. Remove foil and cover both sides of ribs with barbecue sauce. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
