1 lb lean ground beef
1 1/4 cups thick & chunky salsa
2 cups Original Bisquick
1/4 cup mild salsa flavored process cheese spread
1/4 cup hot water
4 med chopped green onions
1 cup Colby cheese 4 oz or Monterey shredded
375°

Directions:
Directions:
Grease cookie sheet
Cook beef until brown
Drain grease. Stir in salsa, remove from heat
Stir Bisquick, cheese spread, hot water until soft dough forms. Shape into a ball. Roll into Bisquick; knead 5 times
Roll into a 14 inch circle, place on cookie sheet
Spread beef mixture over crust to within 2" of edge
Sprinkle with onions. Fold edge over beef mixture. Sprinkle with cheese
Bake 25-28 minutes or until crust is golden brown & cheese is melted
