4 oz spaghetti
1 egg beaten
1/2 C parmesan cheese
1 C cottage cheese
1 egg beaten
1/2 lb Italian sausage
1/2 C chopped onion
1/2 C chopped green pepper
3/4 C spaghetti sauce
1/2 C mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spaghetti. Drain. Combine egg, parm cheese & butter. Stir into spag. Press mixture evenly in bottom & side of pie pan.
Drain. Drain cottage cheese mix with egg & spread over crust.
Cook meat, onion & pepper until brown.
Draw fat. Stir in spag. sauce. Spoon over cottage cheese mixture.
Bake 350° for 20 min.
Sprinkle with mozz cheese. Bake about 5 more min.
Let stand five min.
Cut into wedges.
Serves 4-5
