8 oz mushrooms
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup green pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 to 1/2 cup flour
1/4 to 1/2 cup tomato catsup (?)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (?)
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté mushrooms, onion & green pepper in margarine.
Add flour, stir to make roux.
Add soup and milk, heat until thickened.
Add cheese and seasoning; heat until cheese melts.
Serve over meat or rice (or as directed).
Bake at 375°F 20-25 min (if assembled and baked).
