1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup onion
1 lb ground beef
2 garlic
2 Tbsp flour
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp accent
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1 lb mushrooms - sliced
1 10 oz can of chicken soup
noodles
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In hot skillet saute onions in butter til translucent.
Stir in meat, garlic, flour, salt, accent, pepper, paprika, mushrooms; saute 5 min.
Add soup, simmer uncovered 10 min.
Stir in sour cream.
Serve on noodles, rice or mashed potatoes or toast; sprinkle with parsley.
