16 ounces shredded, whole milk, low-moisture mozzarella
2 8-ounce bricks full fat cream cheese
1 1/2 cups marinara

Topping:
4 T butter
1 1/2 cups panko
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper
basil leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine the cheeses. Spread in 8 x 8 inch pan. Add marinara and tilt pan to form smooth layer. Bake 20-25 minutes, until bubbly.

Prepare topping: Toast panko in butter in skillet until golden (4-5 minutes). Add seasonings. Let cool slightly. Scatter over casserole when baking is completed.

Serve with bread sticks, vegetables or pepperoni cut into small sticks.
