2.5 pounds chicken thighs

1T paprika
1 tsp chili flakes or less
1T garlic powder
2 T fresh cilantro (chopped)
1T olive oil
2T yogurt
1 large lime juice
1 onion thinly sliced

Directions:
Mix super well. Let marinate 2 - 4 hours (if you can). Preheat oven to 425º. Pack chicken in loaf pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes. Pour out excess juice. Place chicken on cutting board and slice. You can pour some juice over chicken when you serve it or use in soups or sauces.

This chicken can be used in a protein bowl. I like to serve with Cole slaw made with poppy seed dressing.
