2 lbs. frozen bag of hash browns (thaw 1/2 hour)
2 1/2 c. cheddar cheese shredded
1/2 c. onion chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. butter
1pt. sour cream
1 c. cornflakes (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter with soups until smooth. Mix in sour cream. Combine potatoes, cheese, onion, and soup mixture (mix well). Put in a greased (cooking spray or butter) 9x13 pan. Then dot the top of potatoes with butter and add cornflakes. Bake for 1 hour at 350.
