1½ quarts freshly popped popcorn
1 cup granulated sugar
Water, enough to cover sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place sugar and water in a saucepan.
Boil until syrup spins a thread.
Immediately pour hot syrup over popcorn.
Stir quickly until each kernel is coated.
Spread to cool completely.
