2 gal. Water
1 1/2 c Canning Salt (Joe only uses 1 cup)
3 T minced Garlic
1 T Ground Black Pepper
1/4 c Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 c Brown Sugar
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bucket or container large enough to hold your turkey mix together all above ingredients very well. Pour over turkey and soak for 2 days in refrigerator before smoking or roasting.
