1 can crushed pineapple
2 eggs
1/2 c Sugar
2 T Flour
dash salt
1/4 lb. butter
6-7 slices of white bread, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Beat eggs, and mix together with pineapple. Add dry ingredients. Melt butter in skillet to brown the bread crumbs. Put pineapple mixture into greased casserole dish. Top with the bread cubes.
Bake @ 350 for 20-30 minutes
