Ingredients: Ingredients 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats (or oat flour for smoother texture) ½ cup natural almond butter (or cashew butter) ⅓ cup plant-based protein powder (pea or pumpkin seed protein works best) 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds 2 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut 23 Tbsp pure maple syrup or raw honey substitute like date syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract Ό tsp sea salt 13 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk (as needed for texture)
Optional add-ins (choose 12): Mini dairy-free dark chocolate chips Cacao nibs Cinnamon Finely chopped nuts or seeds
